Cardinal Fitness does not require any long-term contracts. Therefore, memberships are month-to-month until cancelled at anytime with a 30-day written notice.

"Alternative Membership" starts at only $11.95 Per Month* aka THE LONG TERM SAVINGS PLAN:

You know you’re here to stay, you’re home, and you love staying fit and healthy (GREAT)!  Now save money in the long run by sticking around!  Cardinal Fitness NOW offers the lowest plan in town of just $11.95/mo, Month to Month, and No Long Term Contract.  Put more money down up front and pay a lower monthly fee starting at just $11.95 per month.  Even better, monthly rates are guaranteed FOR LIFE once you join and as long as you keep your membership active!  You SAVE $96/year compared to the "Classic" $19.95 plan, each and every year, long term as long as membership is kept active.   

*ONE TIME ENROLLMENT FEE APPLIES PER PERSON.
